Hello my fellow fashionistas!! Or should I say AHOY! 

I know, I know, I'm corny. 

I truly apologize for my lack of posts and I know I sound redundant but what can I say?! I'm a busy college girl.

Since I haven't had much time to create any outfit of the day posts I want to share with you lovely fashion enthusiasts, one of my favorite spring and summer trends. 

NAUTICAL!

I absolutely love the nautical trend and to me it never goes out of style (as long as you're wearing it in the warm seasons!). I believe that all nautical outfits look expensive! It's the gear of sailors and those wealthy enough to own boats or sip champagne on yachts. It's truly hard to go wrong with the nautical inspiration. I think this trend also correlates with a style that is more clean-cut, minimalistic, and preppy.

You will definitely catch me sporting my nautical gear throughout the spring and summer!

I hope you all gain some inspiration from this post and maybe on your next shopping trip you will look for some unique sailor like pieces to enhance your wardrobe.

The Sami Quilted Handbag

So I recently purchased a bag off of handbagheaven.com and I must say that I am extremely happy!! The  Sami Quilted Handbag is gorgeous, well constructed, and AFFORDABLE!!

This bag is so luxurious and badass at the same time. It's definitely going to be an amazing piece to have for my fall and winter wardrobe!

Glam Darling

Hey my fellow Fashionistas!

How are all you lovely ladies doing today? Hopefully your Monday has gotten off on a good start!

So my question for you ladies for this post is: What do you consider glamourous?

Seeing as though we all have different tastes and different styles..the answers to this question should be vastly different.

I made a little collage of things that make me feel glamourous just by looking at them!

Nude clothing to me is definitely glamourous. I don't know what it is about this like fleshy color that makes a woman look so damn chic!

And of course I had to add some pearls and sequins. Whenever I think of pearls I see Old Hollywood--which in my mind is the most glamourous of glams!

I envision the late Coco Chanel, Marilyn Monroe, and Audrey Hepburn.

Classic. Chic. Glamourous.

I added the sequin skirt because it reminds me of what I consider New Hollywood glam. It's all about the sparkle, the shimmer, and the glitz!

The teal clutch to me is too chic to pass up. The color may be bold, loud, and funky but the design of the clutch is fabulous. I can see it being paired with the nude dress that I also included in the collage.

And lastly, the fur coat!! FAUX FUR of course, but the same effect nonetheless. To me a faux coat or shrug just screams GLAM! No matter what you are wearing...just throw this bad boy over it and voila! instant glam.
